At Spirits Village, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Our goal is to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of purchase without being charged for the goods ordered (excluding perishable or personalised products, or those specified as non-returnable).
If you have received your order and are not completely happy with any of the products, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the products. To do so, please inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please note, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items if they were delivered in error, or if the items were damaged or defective.
All products must be returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
Be aware that not all items for sale at Spirits Village are new. Some items may have been purchased at auction. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the item in stock, particularly for antique and/or discontinued products, which may not be in 100% perfect condition. Additionally, batch numbers, vintages, and bottling dates may vary. If such changes occur, we will make every effort to inform you before the item is shipped.
If an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, you have the right to reject it within 30 days from the date of ordering. For perishable products, this period is limited to the best before date if this is sooner. Please refer to our Damaged and Wrong Goods section for further information on what to do in this instance.
